Free plants
Anyone interested in some free plants should post on this thread. If you have any plants to give away, feel free to post on this thread also. To be eligible for any free plants you must be a member and post atleast once in this thread.
Depending on the plant species, some plants will require a minimum number of posts anywhere in this forum. Not just this thread but any thread. For example, a 1"x1" mat of dwarf hair grass would require 20 posts or more. Your post count is located below your screen name and directly above your join date.
I may also have free equipment, supplements, fish food, livestock, tanks, filters, lights, and even tank cleaning service. Yes, for a to-be-determined number of posts I'm willing to travel and clean your fish tank for you.
This week's first plant will be a goofball size of Subwassertang (Süsswassertang). Requires one post count. Meeting location is either at the next club meeting or Petco at Westchester Commons near 288 and Midlothian. For post counts above 25 I'll include a juvenile cherry shrimp. Pictures coming soon.

Re: Free plants
Good way to get more people to get involved. I would love to give my cuttings to people. I only have basic plants at the moment but do plan on getting into it big.

Re: Free plants
Everyone is encouraged to participate. I'd love to meet everyone and help out in any way I can.
Feel free to post links to this thread anywhere you think might get the attention of possible new members looking for plants or assistance with planted tanks. I just posted a Craigslist ad. Please flag it as "Best of Craigslist" to help the ad stand out and hopefull stay posted longer. Not sure but I've heard that voting for an ad for best of CL will prevent others from flagging it and having it removed.
