yay got my 55 up

Just got finish my 55 gallon Oscar tank pfs with river stones love the pfs look its beautiful next mission plant some plants add some moss to the river rocks an I'm done can't wait tso place my Oscars in tomorrow this time ..Thanks Amp 2020 for the help an support

Which brand of PFS did you go with? And did you have to rinse it non-stop? Bill

Just some advice, move the heater as far down as possible and in a horizontal position. Having it up so high is asking for trouble. Eventually you'll forget to unplug it while doing a water change. It will get very hot and shatter once cold water touches the hot glass. Keeping the the heater low also helps create water flow and even heating throughout the tank.

Yeah the family's happy the kids help clean the play sand so they had a ball the misses went q got a few stones an place them sound .. I moved the heater horizontal thanks amp yeah you can post it thanks

Is this a meeting for members of this board/club? Forgive me - I just recently signed up so I'm not sure if there is a posted schedule of events. I'd be interested in attending any get togethers.
