Hello everyone I'm a newbie.I've chosen to start with the south American cichlids.Astronotus ocellatus is a species of fish from the cichlid family known under a variety of common names, but Oscar is commonly known. I have four three bearing the marking Allah an one albino who has the same marking.I currently have one Hypostomus plecostomus (known colloquially as a sucker fish) is the scientific name for a type of freshwater tropical Central.. There all in a twenty nine gallon tank I have a 55 gallon a waiting there arrival an another 55 gallon planted with banana an java moss this is for my female albino for spawning an a 55 gallon being constructed for the aggressive one in the group we call him de Angelo from the teen age mutant turtles..I'm glad to be a member of a great forum.finally people to talk to an not the robot at the big box stores..
