talk to the guy at my local petco and he said that they have the richmond reffers in there once a month. if we want we can contact him and he can get us in with them to meet up once a month if yall want. its in chester btw

What are the reffers? Did you possibly mean reefers, as in the RRC(Richmond Reef Club)?
