Lost EVERY Bolivian Fry I had! Empty Lost EVERY Bolivian Fry I had!

These guys, about 3 dozen, were approaching 1/4" in size and were actively feeding last night.  Went to feed them today?  All had expired!  WTH?  W/C's were up to date, temps were good, water params are on the mark!  Any insights?  Bill
