Filter media
I'm just gathering some idea of the choice of media we use in your tanks. I'm planning of doing a Diy sump for my 90 gallon as three filter is not enough for the amount of fish I have in there. Please post of what you have been using and why is it better than your regular old cartridge.

Re: Filter media
Neo I've Been debating the use of an diy overhead sump by diy king as he calls his self. I've tried a smaller version but it does look tacky on top an a bother to move for cleaning I used ruffed up ping pong balls with four cc of water injected in a 12 inch flower pot square it worked well for the 29 but removing an doing cleaning was a little to much.
