Upload it in YouTube first. Then just copy the link and click the YouTube icon, where the pic icon is. Then simply insert.

Neo... .I was expecting to be able to load it directly from my pc versus a hosting site... As you can see, I resolved it by going to dailymotion.com ... quite slow uploading! AND, I need to turn the t.v. down when recording the next time and provide an audio input! The next time, I'll try youtube to see if it's a tad faster. Bill

Neo.. there is an embedded vid in my first post via DailyMotion. Kat also loaded it to a FB link... the FB link goes a bit screwy 1/2 through it.... Not sure what's causing that!... I take it you are accessing via your phone... Lotsa folks are having the same issue with that access. Bill
