I have some videos on youtube, lookup verbalrugby.

The short clips from 5 months ago are from a pet store. I have had a significant change over 18 months in my big African Cichlid tank over the year. I think all the individual fish are different although I have Nimbochromis livingstonii in the tank.

I had some setbacks with my Soda cichlids and was down to a group of 4 or 5 with only a mature female. I was able to get a pair and now have the group up to about 20 of various sizes.

I had one really cool breeding experience. I had an African cichlid female with a mouth full of Cuckoo catfish(Syno. multi) fry. They take a long time to reach adulthood, but the fry grow pretty quickly.
